SUMMARY //

Each board is completely unique, handmade in-house and meticulously crafted with attention to detail using sustainable materials to ensure that our wood cutoffs do not go to waste. Two styles are available, from edge grain construction using smaller strips of materials to natural grain construction using wider boards. Chefs appreciate walnut for its durability, natural antibacterial properties and ability to hide knife scarring better than lighter woods. Each board has finger grooves on the sides for easy handling, and some boards have accent woods (such as maple) that run the length of the board. Oiled with food safe wood cutting board oil.

Our newest option “mini” offers a compact fun-sized cutting board, great for taking on the go to picnics and camping, or for use as a bar-board for cutting your cocktail citruses and garnishes.
